A issue about Controller and Analysis

Hi All,

I'm studying LR due to the working requirement now. But I detectd a issue that the VUsers in Analysis module are not the same as the VUsers in Controller module. For details is on the below:

1. Virtual Website: Mercury Web Tour Booking System

2. VUser's script: log on and log out for one user (no transaction, rendezvous, checkpoint and correlation)

3. VUser's scenario:
    Manual Scenario
   Ramp up: Start 2 Vuser every 00:00:01 seconds
   Quantity: 50

4. Issue:
All of virtual user quantity running status were passed in Controller but there are only 40 vusers were reported in Analysis. Otherwise,I just setted the Step download time to 5000s in Run-time Settings's Preference tab in VUser module.

Why is there happend this situation?

Now, I attached some pics for this situation and pls. help and suggest me to resolve it.

but I don't care the users who are running at a same time or had been finished their job, I just setted Vusers 50 to run according to the scripts, and the 50 Vusers are totally passed so the graph of Running Vusers should be displayed 50 Vusers. If not, where are the 10 Vusers who like you said maybe finished their job and had a rest?
