QA Manager

Specific Duties and Responsibilities职责描述
•        Drive and build QA test design and execution for online multiplayer games and features;
•        Manage bug finding and tracking, write bug fixing status reports, and work with producer to define bug fixing  priorities;
•        Manage bug tracking database;  
•        Mentor and train junior QA staff and testers;
•        Attend project design reviews and define QA testing requirements;
•        Strong passion for building flawless games;
•        带领游戏测试团队设计并完成Popcap网络游戏的质量测试与控制；
•        管理游戏bug的查找，追踪，修补及报告。同游戏制作人共同制定bug修补的优先顺序；
•        管理，建立并跟踪bug 数据库;  
•        对新加入的团队人员提供培训；
•        参与游戏设计的讨论，提出游戏测试的相关需求，并且完成游戏的测试文档；
•        对高品质游戏有严格的要求;

Experience and Qualifications职位要求
•        At least 3 years experience with game software testing process and methodology;
•        Experience with online game client and server testing;
•        Experience with creating and executing entire life cycle test plan for online games;
•        Proven leadership in managing a QA team;
•        Familiar with data structures and testing tools;  
•        Basic fluency in at least written English, though spoken English is a strong plus.
•        Avid gamer and good knowledge about China online game industry;
•        3年以上游戏软件测试经验，同时对游戏测试流程和方法有深刻的实践经验;
•        对网络游戏客户端和服务器端的测试有一定的经验;
•        对网络游戏从制作到发布的质量测试有完整的认识和了解;
•        对测试团队有过往管理经验;
•        对数据结构及测试工具有深刻认识和掌握;  
•        有基本的英语读写能力；
•        热爱游戏并对国内网络游戏有一定了解;
