Position 1: SDE3/SDE lead for C# application dev. on embedded device.

Working mode: Onsite in MS BJW

Project time until 2012.6, may be extended.

Qualifications:

1.       At least 4 years’ experience on C# programming skills related with Socket Programing and Web Services;

2.       At least 1 year’ experience on C/C++ programming;

2.       At least 0.5 year embedded SW experience such as drivers on Windows CE/Symbian/Android or other embedded OS;

主要工作是数据（文本和语音数据）的处理，用微软提供的一套语音识别模型训练工具训练语音识别模型，在此过程中，需要程序开发一些工具来辅助工作，开发工作量大概占20%-30%左右。还有部分工作是在此过程中的程序debug以及后期的一些模型性能的测试和tuning工作，因此需要学习和接受新事物的能力较强，具有做事细致和耐心的品质，当然程序开发基础和外语能力是必须的。



注意一下这几点：

1. 有意愿从事Speech组的相关工作（主要工作内容是以非程序开发为主）；

2. 较好的英语沟通能力，读写能力必须要好，听说能力好的话更佳；

3. 项目组用的是C3，候选人愿意即可。 所以C++/C#的人员均可以
