Software Test Engineer
Responsibility:
To execute functional test cases for mobile phone software by both manual procedure and test software.

Qualifiers:
-        Bachelor degree with Communication/Computer
-        GSM/CDMA/UMTS/ 3G, CDMA, iMAP etc. knowledge  
-        SW testing experience
-        Embedded system knowledge, (Embedded Linux knowledge is plus)
-        Clear case experience is a plus
-        Good teamwork spirit and accept challenging assignment  
-        Good English communication skill, at least CET-4.
-        Positive attitude to do testing, patience personality is a plus
-        1+ year related working experience.

要求还是蛮高的，知识面首先要光的

仔细看看其实要求也不是很高，GSM/CDMA/UMTS/ 3G, CDMA, iMAP etc. knowledge ，并没有说要求精通。  Embedded system knowledge，也是知识，没有说精通，适合从业1年左右的人员，估计工资也不会太高吧。
其他的要求都是软技能，面试的时候不太容易体现的出来。
