Job Title：   QA Engineer

Job Description；
1.Developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products.
2. Developing and executing test plans.
3.Analyzing and writing test standards and procedures.
4. Maintaining documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
5.Analyzing test results to ensure existing functionality and recommending corrective action.
6.Consulting with development engineers in problem resolution.

Job Requirement：
General (Must)：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science related diploma;
2.Candidates must have 2-3 yrs of testing experience;
3.Experience in automation and load/stress/performance testing;
4.Background of writing test scripts, creating test plan/test cases, etc;
5.Experience of using test tools (Mercury LoadRunner, Test Director/Quality Center, QTP);
6.Fluent English; independent, self-reliant, strong organizational and communication skills;
Preferred Skills：
1.Experience with Agile software development methodologies
2.Strong technical skills and experience with Multi-Tier Enterprise class applications, Multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Unix)
