1.Test Manager/Test Team Leader(测试经理/测试主管)
主要职责
1.根据客户要求带领项目团队完成测试
2.负责项目质量，过程控制与知识管理
3.与客户或在客户方工作的同事进行项目沟通
4.项目预估，计划，跟踪和监控
5.必要时参与具体的测试工作如测试用例设计与执行等

关键要求
1.本科以上学历，计算机以及相关专业毕业
2.五年以上软件测试经验
3.两年以上测试管理经验
4.精通软件测试技术与流程
5.有项目预估、计划与控制经验，有团队管理经验
6.熟悉CMMI
7.做事积极主动，学习能力强
8.良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力.良好的文档书写和演示能力。
9.银行相关项目经验将是很大的优势
10.SAP系统相关项目经验将是很大的优势

2..测试主管/资深测试工程师Test Analyst/Senior Test Engineer

职位描述/要求：
主要职责
1.加入测试团队，完成指定的项目
2.进行需求分析并并制定测试策略
3.设计并执行测试用例
4.缺陷追踪
5.评审与检查即将交付的工件并保证工件中被发现的问题得到及时解决
6.协助测试经理管理团队并保证规定的流程得以执行

关键要求
1.本科以上学历，计算机以及相关专业毕业
2.三年至六年的软件测试经验
3.熟悉软件测试的技术及相关流程
4.能够进行测试分析，功能测试，系统测试，并拥有一定相关经验
5.有Quality Center, ClearQuest等测试管理工具使用经验者优先
6.优先考虑有自动化测试经验者
7.做事积极主动，学习能力强
8.良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力

3、Mobility Testing Manager (Dalian)

Key Responsibilities
1. Discuss business processes with customer business leads or experts
2. Conduct system configuration and unit testing, system integration testing
3. Co-work with local or global application/technical team members
4. Should lead team to achieve expected targets within budget and timeline
5. Support the customer on the various processes

Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related
2. At least 3 years testing experience in mobility or related, with at least 8 years total experience.
3. China implementation/support experiences will be good to have; with international exposure preferred
4. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill in English and Chinese Mandarin
5. Configuration or Parameter Setup experiences in the mobility or related area
6. Must be capable of leading a team and experience in solution development and business process improvement will be good to have
7. For functional consultants, Management degree will be good to have
8. For project managers, proven project manager experience is required
9. Rich experience in mobility domain related is preferred
10. Good sense and experience in CMMI, Performance and schedule

4、Mobility Testing Technical Leader / Testing technical analyst (Da Lian)
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze Business Requirement and generate Test Strategy
2. Design and execute test cases, test plans, and submit the test report.
3. Defect and bugs tracking and verification
4. Testing of functionality, unit, integration, system, performance, reliability, field, etc
5. Other work assigned

Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related, 2+years' software testing working experience
2. Good understanding of software testing related technique & process
3. Excellent ability in test plan, test estimation and test design
4. Excellent written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
5. Data migration testing/Database testing/Integration testing/automation testing experience is preferred
6. Good attitude in team collaboration and self motivator and quick learner
7. Have considerable insights on the aspects of mobile end user analysis, product analysis, data analysis, competitive analysis, operation promotion,etc.
8. Being familiar with various types of smart phone software, rich using experience is preferred
9. Familiar with the iPhone, Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile, JAVA, iPhone, MTK, and other mobile platforms (at least two platforms) or mobility related
