Develop and implement the QA strategy to support Juniper security products. You will manage and coach a team of 10 QA engineers. Daily responsibilities include new feature testing, regression testing, and extending the existing automation systems to support growing business needs.

1、Responsible for defining, planning and delivery of program content in accordance with development processes and PLM business priorities.
2、Accountable for providing progress and status information to project management.
3、Maintain and enhance the product quality within their functional area
4、Responsible for staffing, training, career development, feedback, Priorities setting, conflict resolution, ESAT, recognition.
5、Foster a collaborative environment for the success of the overall project.
6、Responsible for compensation planning and employee performance reviews.
7、May have budget responsibilities.

Job Requirements:
1、At least 2 years of management experience with 7 years or more of QA or software development experience in multi-national IT organizations.
2、Experiences include people management, project management, good English communication, and strategic planning. Must have a good track record of delivering projects on schedule.
3、Strong domain knowledge in data communication, security, and/or telecommunication.
4、Past experience with network security products is required. This includes experience with TCP/IP, routing and switching, PKI concepts, HTTP or other network protocols.
5、Experience is required with script automation tools and network test automation development

Education:
1、B.Tech/B.E with good academic credentials.
2、CS/CE/EE degree preferred Post-graduate degree (ie Masters) would be a big plus.
