加拿大公司招聘软件测试工程师

我们是一家加拿大公司驻北京的办事处,随着公司业务的发展,今年准备扩大在北京的研发力量,故招聘软件测试工程师,职位要求如下：
Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in the testing analysis, co-ordination of test execution, and providing expert knowledge of testing to projects in which QA in engaged
Ensure that applications tested are satisfied with the acceptance criteria before releasing to subsequent levels of testing or production
Identify/develop test cases and testing scripts appropriate to the project
Prepare QA documentation-criteria for success, test strategy, test plan, defect management plan

Qualifications:

Senior QA Analyst: Minimum 4 years working experience in software development QA
QA Analyst: Minimum 2 years working experience in software development QA
Hand-on working experience with Automated Software Testing tools such as Borland SilkTest(Be able to install software,configure,code and compile the test scripts etc)
Knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
Familiar with manual and automated testing approaches
Familiarity with regression test philosophy
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Recent experience with a variety of Windows systems or Windows based application testing
Solid experience testing Windows GUI-based applications, written in C++ or Visual Basic
Strong PC skills
Self motivated with the ability to learn quickly

主要的技能要求,
1、懂Windows操作系统
2、能独自撰写测试用例和测试报告
3、2年以上工作经验
4、能读懂和写英文
5、踏实、细心
6、很强的学习能力
7、如果会自动化测试工作尤佳

首先谢谢各位,我现在已经收到了30份简历,由于我们人力有限,所以简历正在筛选中,如果合适我们会尽快通知面试,目前我们已经向5位朋友发出了面试通知！
就朋友们提出的问题我做以下解释,
1.工作地点：北京市海淀区海淀南路
2.具体的工作：自动化测试和手工测试,具体做那种工作,要根据候选人的技术背景决定,我们的自动化测试工具是Silk Test
3.我们的产品：个人数据存储
4.我们的档案存放地：北京FESCO

特别说明,我们的手工测试可能比较枯燥,写case,跑case,报bug.所以请大家慎重考虑！当然如果你有很强的学习能力,能从手工测试转为自动化测试,我们也是欢迎的！

公司主页在中国上不去！目前在中国有20多人,全球60多人！平时工作需要和加拿大联系,而且比较频繁,所以要求有一定的英语能力！公司的北京测试部已经成立快2年了,总部的测试部已经有6年时间！我们现在有一支很稳定的测试队伍,这次有4个名额,完全是因为业务量的扩大！
