Responsibilities:


1.Project QA Rep–30%
-Work effectively with project managers and project team members to ensure the project team follow the process
-Develop project quality plan together with project manager
-Participant in the project meetings to understand the project status
-Review typical project work products to evaluate the quality
-Generate weekly project tracking report and release to project manager
-Report the project findings to SQA manager
-Collect process improvement suggestions and lessons learnt from project team

2. Audit–20%
-Conduct effective audit based on quality processes
-Generate NCIs and follow-up to close

3. Metrics Analyzer–50%
-Collect metrics from various inputs
-Conduct metrics analysis and generate analysis report

Position Requirements


1) Functional Competencies:
-MS/BS in Computer Science or related field;
-Have 1+ year experience in software development
-Have at least 3 years SQA experience and had worked for no less than 3 projects as SQA engineer
-Have a working knowledge of CMM/CMMI; Level 5 is preferred
-Have enough skill to use Excel and Macro
-Knowledge of PMBOK is preferred
-Knowledge of ISO27001 is preferred
2) Interpersonal Competencies:
-Ability to effectively manage their time in order to finish tasks on schedule
-Escalates issues appropriately to manager
-Excellent communication skills
-Good documentation skills
-Great attention to detail

-Very good written and oral communication skills
