Primary Job Responsibilities:
·Development and support of ClearCase, ClearQuest and content management systems.
·Triage, resolve, and escalate issues with eBay site development systems.
·Merge Train Conductor supporting developer code merges for eBay site releases.
·Work in a fast paced environment with multiple teams in a large organization (software development, QA, Project/Release Management, Build and Release, etc).
·Work with counterparts in San Jose to provide direct support to Shanghai developers and off hours support to San Jose developers.
·Results-oriented person who has provided responsive support in 24x7 environment

Job Requirements:
·BS/BA in Computer Science or related fields
·5+ years experience with software systems development life cycle including requirements, design, development, implementation, and support
·ClearCase and/or ClearQuest administration.
·Solid skills and experience with Perl, SHELL, HTML, and XML.
·Unix and NT scripting and administration.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
·Oracle / SQL experience.
·WebSphere or Tomcat application server administration a plus.
·Java and ColdFusion experience a plus.
·SVN experience a plus
