2、熟悉基于B/S，C/S架构的功能测试，性能测试，本地化测试，配置和兼容性测试，GUI测试方法。
3、熟悉掌握软件需求管理，缺陷管理，配置管理和同行评审的流程和方法
4、熟悉常用的测试工具Rational Robot、MI WinRunner、 MI LoadRunner、CppUnit、TCL、Rational Purify、Rational PureCoverage 和常规的配置管理工具VSS。

其它专业技能  
1、熟悉C， VB，C++，了解ASP及其脚本语言VBScript，JavaScript。
2、曾完成了企业管理系统(VB)，以及一些小的应用程序(VC)如通讯录，发送电子邮件等。
