Senior QA Job Profile:

    * Job Functionevelopment
    * Job Location:Guangzhou, China
    * Job Schedule:Full time
    * Job Type:Experienced



Responsibilities:

    * Work with Project Manager for project testing activities
    * Build testing environment
    * Make testing plan and design testing cases
    * Prepare and execute test scripts (manual and automated)
    * Work with Development Team to track and fix all defects
    * Coach and train other testing staffs



Basic Requirement:

    * Bachelor or above in Computer Science or equivalent
    * More than 2 years experience in B/S or C/S software testing
    * Good master of at least one automatic testing tool such as LoadRunner, WinRunner, Selenium
    * Good master of test management tool such as Test Director, TestLink, etc.
    * Strong knowledge and experience of software QA methodologies, test plan, test case design, test execution and report
    * Knowledge of relational database and SQL language
    * Proven analytical and problem solving skills and detail oriented
    * Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment
    * Technical competent, creative, has initiative and able to work independently
    * Good oral and written English



Preferred Skills & Experiences:

    * Experience in both functional test and performance test preferred
