Main responsibilities:
1. Understand performance test and have performance test experience.
2. Familiar with test driven development and automation test cases.
3. Design and manage automation test cases.
4. Performance test execution, test report generation and analysis and make improvement suggestion.
5. Communication with test/dev lead and PM on requirement clarification, test issues and report analysis.

Qualification Requirements:
1. Good coding skills of C# ,script(SQL/CMD) and XML/XSD for test automation development
2. Familiar with load test in VSTS.
3. Experience in SQL Server.
4. Familiar with IIS configuration.
5. Strong communication skill and analytical skill. Good at math preferred.
6. Strong responsibility and flexibility under working pressure
7. Excellent problem solving abilities
8. Possess good read/write skills in both Chinese and English
9. Passion on and commitment to high software quality and customer satisfaction

是啊  有时可以通过JD来判断一个公司招聘的情况

即使象HP，也有要懂TD，TD就一般人来说即使不懂，现学也不用耗费多长时间 但如果碰到对JD掌握不好的猎头，如果你说不会，大部分会先刷掉你 而不是跟你去沟通这个Job的核心需求跟你的工作经历有何差距  太多不称职的hunter了。
