目前我们的研发中心VMware公司正在急招G11N的国际化测试工程师！

具体职位分为Sr.和Jr. 级别，下面是相关的职位要求。
Jr.职位：
• 1~3 years work experience in software testing or related domain
• Good knowledge of I18n&L10N testing
• Good administration knowledge of Windows and Linux/UNIX OS’s
• Good bug analytical skills, demonstrates ability to isolate bugs well
• Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues
• Install/Configure test environment, network and storage arrays
• Good team player
• CET-4
• Energetic, motivated, dedicated and hard working
Responsibility:
• Run test cases
• Report and tracking bugs

Sr.职位：
3~5 years work experience in software testing or related domain
• Strong knowledge of I18n&L10N testing
• Intermediate to strong administration knowledge of Windows and Linux/UNIX OS’s
• Strong bug analytical skills, demonstrates ability to isolate bugs well
• Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues
• Install/Configure test environment, network and storage arrays
• Good team player and customer interaction skills
• Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple outstanding tasks
• Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Energetic, motivated, dedicated and hard working
Responsibility:
• Execute test case and report bugs with high quality and efficiency
• Interface with customer to escalate and resolve technique issues
• Assist with PM to ensure delivery quality
• Track and measure test results and provide a quality assessment
• Manage activities to meet delivery dates and report accurate, complete status.
• Process improved
• Lead and cultivate team members

都需要英文的读写，可以借助工具，需要邮件的收发和一些文档方面。
初级对口语没太大要求，能做自我介绍，简单的沟通就可以。
高级需要英文口语的沟通能力。

工资这方面是保密的，肯定也要根据个人能力，和面试的反馈来做一个评断。
对于这个职位来说，我们能给一个合理的薪资。只要你的期望我们能满足。

研究生，没有项目经验，同样也没用。
公司要的是能干活的人，而不是花瓶~
薪资是看个人能力而定，如果你真的有本事，给你20K也不是问题，就怕这钱你都没本事拿~
