上海-阿朗职位-测试方面（3-5年经验）

上次在论坛里发了阿朗测试的职位，得到大家的支持，非常感谢，！！！

目前又open了五个新的职位，分别属于有线产品部门和无线产品部门，级别较高，所以需要的工作年限也较长点3-5年。


Structure Test Development Engineer （无线部）
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Developing and Debugging the Boundary Scan and ICT program & fixture
2. Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, cost and delivery
3. Develop and implement ICT test and boundary test solutions for new products with forever more complex circuitry in order to achieve total test coverage
4. Participate and follow through NPI project
5. Evaluate present and future tester platforms in order to achieve continual improvement in cost effective test solution
6. Drive test fixture optimization for continual improvement in quality, output capacity and cost reduction.
7. Drive test solution optimization for sustaining and new products

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education Background:
Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related discipline,

Major in: Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related discipline
Work Experience:
Over 5 years working experience and with strong knowledge in PCBA, ICT, boundary scan testing field; Experience in Test Hardware/Software development is an advantage
Work Language:
Must be able to read, write and speak English and Chinese fluently
Other request:

DFT/DFM Engineer （无线部）

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. DFM/DFT/DF analysis.
2. Provide support to R&D about PCB layout/component select/test strategy decision/cost reduction and etc.
3. Acts as primary technical interface between the Alcatel-Lucent global design group and assembly/fabrication.
4. Identify & drive resolution for design related yield issues
5. Prepare and/or update the DFM/DFT standards.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education Background:
Good knowledge in design for test in general. Understand the concepts of ICT, boundary scan etc.
Familiar with fault coverage and board/system testability analysis and enhancement technique, DFT/DFM economics analysis/justification technique; Hands on knowledge of simulation and verification debug tools; Good knowledge of test engineering in terms of wireless test program generation, understanding of testers and associated hardware is a plus
Work Experience:
Typically requires with 3+ years experience on DFT/DFM; Be experienced in testability and reliability issues
Work Language:
Good command of both written and spoken English
Other request:
1. Working knowledge using verilog hdl languages and tools, scripting and programming languages (perl, tcl, c and c++).
2. Be familiar with general test instrument usage; Good working enthusiasm and teamwork spirit; good in communication skill and problem solving

Mechanical Development Engineer （无线部）

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for functional test fixture design and implementation
2. Responsible for functional test fixture design and implementation
3. Responsible for system test fixture design and implementation
4. Responsible for test bench layout and cabling
5. Responsible for special tools design for assembly
6. Fixture costing and optimizing
7. Cooperate with R&D for board / module assembly design and with optimized working procedure outcome
8. Training, working instruction
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education Background:
Bachelor degree in mechanical and/or electrical designing or related majors from accredited university, Major in Excellent mechanical understanding related to automatic test line, test fixture design，die-casting or plating; team work sprit and interpersonal skills; a quick learner; able to work under pressure
Work Experience:
5 years work experience in electrical-mechanical part design; Well experience for AutoCAD, PRO-E, IDEAS or UG etc … design system will be preferred
Work Language:
well English ability both in speaking and writing

PCBA Specialist （无线部）----已截止

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage new electronic product PCBA/PCB process and define PCBA manufacture strategy with R&D
2. Insure manufacturability of PCBA/PCB by DFM studies
3. Analyze PCBA/PCB layout, find solution for good manufacturability
4. Define PCBA/PCB manufacturing process specification, and qualification plan
5. Work with quality people to define PFMEA and process quality control plan
6. Follow the schedule of the prototype and pilot run, set-up, receipt internal to the plant
7. Qualify PCBA/PCB process include documentation of quality and process and field audit with quality dept together and manufacturing team, and transfer the responsibility to manufacture
8. Provide PCBA/PCB process support to transfer and localization projects.
9. Provide training to employee in related field (PCBA/PCB process)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education Background:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation
2. Major in: Good at PCBA process, Design for manufacturing, experience in PCBA/PCB manufacturing, know some tools of DFM; Strong knowledge in PCBA process design; Understanding manufactures process of membrane; Good understanding of quality data, and manufactory KPI, green belt of six- sigma is preferred; Have electronic product R&D experience is preferred; Knowledge of electronic component: industrial constraints in PCBA manufacturing process
Work Experience:
At least 5 years relevant professional experience in electronic industry
Work Language:
Fluent oral English, be good at English writing
Other request:

Test Development Engineer Supervisor（有线部）---已截止

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for project management of manufacturing functional and systems test solutions for telecommunications equipment.  

2. Will generate testability analysis, test development solution evaluation, test requirements analysis, test development plan definition and progress report. Supply project report and solve issues.

3. Participate in tester development activities, hardware, software, tool, structure and fixtures.

4. Output design documentation in time, meet the plan, review and management

5. Make sure project can be completed in time, with good quality and low cost

6. Qualify the test equipment, release to mass production

7. Supply technical support, make sure test equipment always works well.

8. Develop test equipment HW and tools

9. Calculate cost of test equipment, and supply proposals of decreasing the cost or alternative solutions

10. Capacity calculation, define and realize capacity extension plan

11. Golden boards management, define process documentation,

12. Research domestic and international newest test technology, supply improvement proposal on test strategy, test technology, test equipment, fixture and mechanism etc.



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Education Background:  Bachelor or above

Major in:  Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer or related

Work Experience:  

1.Hardware design of complex Test Equipment Solutions, Digital/Analog PCB design, VHDL, mechanics.

2.Software design experience on Teststand, Labwindows /CVI, Labview, Access Database

Work Language: Good at English Communication (written, oral)

Other request:

1.Good experience on design complex test equipment on telecommunication， including Optics, Ethernet, Video, GPON, POTS etc.

2.Project management experience, with PMP certification
