job description
Lead a cross-functional team responsible for Platform Validation testing in Consumer Notebook development.
Driving ODM module to meet HP quality requriements of Consumer Notebooks. This includes engagement with System Team and ODM Qualification team working through planning and schedule
requirements, managing issue tracking. Interface with members/Team of h/w dev., s/w image, SC, consider all aspects of rapid development completion and deployment of time-to-market notebooks for specific countries or regions.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science, information technology, engineering, math, physics, etc.)

Minimum of 8 years experience in PC industry for engineering and validation area

More than 2 years team leader/supervisor experience

Must have previous experience in the development and implementation of test processes Notebook

Proven ability and track record to lead a cross-functional team for Platform Validation from Hardware, Software, Mechenical, Fireware,etc. and to
coordinate successful ODM Qualification team.
Proven complex project management experience.
Direct working relationship with Platform R&D Team to involve in Design and developing new produciton.
Experience specifically in notebook product development, including hardware and software design, is considered a plus.
Good written and oral communication skills.
8+ years experience in Qualification of PC
Strong management skill to lead cross functional team.
Experience in Managing ODM
