Job Description
•       analyze business requirement documents and understand customers' needs
•       define test scope
•       prepare test environment
•       design test plan based on test requirement
•       design manual or automated test cases according to the detail scenario & test rules
•       conduct test execution and report test results
•       analyze test execution results and manage defects
•       communicate with customer globally to better business outcome
•       finish testing projects by schedule with high quality       •

Qualifications
•    Bachelor degree or above majored in computer science or related disciplines
•       More than 1 years of working experience in software industry, software testing preferred
•       Familiar with mercury toolset, like quality center, quick test professional, load runner
•       Good communication skills in written and oral English
•       Understanding of software development life cycle or testing methodology is preferred
•       Experience with automation or performance tools are highly preferred
•       Master or experience of software development language (such as Java/C/C++/VB) is preferred
•       Experience in database and SQL language is preferred
•       Experience in different OS is preferred
