目前招聘QA工程师，要求如下。

Qualifications
Experience
Mandatory:
•        At least 2 years work experience within QA
•        Good knowledge of test processes and test tools, having the experience of writing the test case and the test plan
•        Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Ruby
•        Knowledge in SQL and databases
•        Experience of Internet technologies, familiar with the development workflow of the website  
•        University degree in computer science, or a similar engineering degree
•        Good problem solving and decision making skills
•        Good communication skills, and English written skill
Preferable:
•        Knowledge of test automation and performance tests
•        Previous experience with validation of web applications
•        Courses related to QA and/or test tools
•        Good English oral skill
