呵呵,这个职位还是软件测试工程师,不过公司内部的等级就不一样喽,这个要求10年以上工作经验哦:)
详细的就不宜多透露了,不过从JD中也可以看出区别的了,呵呵

Software Engineer
工作地点:上海

Job Description
Participate (in a senior/lead role) on a project team of engineers involved in the maintenance and development of software for Cisco IP Telephony products. Requires strong background in SW design, documentation and implementation of VOIP products with expertise of Voice and Data Networking Architectures and Protocols. The candidate must have strong teamwork, communication and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities
Provide team guidance and develop products using the Cisco development process Unit Test, Code Review and Static Analysis
Maintain software of existing IP Telephony Products
Mentor Junior Engineers
Lead the development of project goals, schedules, and resource planning
Develop Software Functional/Design Specifications for software features
Design and deliver system software to specified requirements
Influence the design of interfaces between products to ensure inter-operability
Resolve design issues
Define new software product features
Develop large portions of software independently and rapidly
Participate in Cisco's Patent Program.

Job Skills
Ability to apply extensive experience as a networking generalist or specialist
Requires experience with more than one of the LAN/WAN and network layer protocols
Requires expertise with one or more of the VOIP protocols SIP, MGCP or H.323
Expert in C/C++ with Java/JBuilder OO experience a plus
Strong knowledge of advanced architecture principles and design practices
Strong knowledge of advanced datacom concepts
Possess in-depth understanding of competitive products
Superior bug fixing and testing skills
Ability to plan large projects
Ability to solve system wide problems
Initiates informal reviews of ideas and technical objectives within and across business units
Work is performed without management direction
Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment
Translates BU level goals in to own work assignments
Interfaces cross-functionally and leads team collaboration extending beyond work group
Customer resolution requires excellent verbal skills and professional presentation
Sponsors and models exemplary team interaction and encourages and accepts personal feedback
Strong mentor skills
Demonstrate ability to successfully influence win-win cross-functional dynamics
Resolves conflicts by fostering team communications
Provides technical guidance to small teams
Takes ownership for initiatives and code facets, and then drives ongoing evaluation and success
Determines own methods on issue resolution
Uses judgment to solve problems where protocol might not exist
Applies high degree of ingenuity using broad parameters for foundation of decisions
Makes product level decisions independently
Dedication to Customer Success
Acknowledged technical expert on project
Working Experiences with US based multi-national companies is a strong plus.
10+ years of software engineering experiences preferably in internetworking and VoIP technologies, applications and devices.
BS in CS/EE or equivalent, with Master's Degree or above preferred.

呵呵,这个详细的待遇不能透露哦,不过可以肯定得说在10年工作经验的行列中也算是很高的薪酬了,hoho
