Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Aspect Gaming is seeking an extremely detail oriented person with the ability to own and drive test cases, discover and track bugs through resolution for our online gaming system.

Responsibilities:
•       Define, develop and implement quality assurance practices, test plans and other QA assessments
•       Develop and deliver software test metrics to ensure test coverage, test effectiveness, and testing productivity and effectiveness
•       Work closely with quality and engineering teams to ensure delivery of high quality solution that exceeds expectations
•       Requirements Analysis and Test Scenario development;
•       Develop manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests
•       Mentor and help develop other members in the Quality Assurance department
•       Create detailed tracking reports to track errors and resolutions
•       Create, track, execute, measure and intelligently optimize test case suites across products
•       Collaborate smoothly with engineers and producers in a technical environment.
•       Oversee creation and maintenance of automated test suites.

Qualifications:
•       Enough technical expertise to be able to conduct white/grey/black box testing
•       Expert knowledge of  SQL
•       Technical understanding of development process and key components as necessary to facilitate defect assignment
•       Knowledge of full life cycle software development process and software testing methodology
•       Expert knowledge of bug tracking software
•       3 Years of experience as a Sr. QA engineer
•       Solid experience with UNIX-based applications
•       Experience with automated testing
•       A bachelors degree
•       Must be organized and systematic in approach to tasks.
•       Requires positive attitude for an energetic start-up environment.
•       Decent written English
