职位描述
工作职责：
1． 制定测试计划，编写测试用例；
2． 根据需求进行网站的功能，及部分压力，负载测试；
3． 与开发人员沟通并推进问题解决；
4． 根据测试结果编写测试报告，并能提出对产品有效的改进方案；

任职要求：
1． 专科及以上学历，二年以上软件测试经验，其中至少一年以上Web测试经验；
2． 精通软件测试理论及测试流程，能够独立编写测试用例；
3． 熟悉自动化测试工具：LoadRunner,WinRunner, QTP其中一种，能够独立编写脚本者优先；
4． 熟练使用QC，TD等缺陷管理工具，能熟练使用Linux系统者优先；
5． 熟悉WEB方面的相关技术，能熟悉使用mysql 数据库者优先；
6． 良好的团队合作精神，良好的语言表达能力，热爱软件测试工作，很强的自学能力，能够积极主动的推进问题解决；
