主要要求满足以下几点：
1、英文流利，因为要去国外出差
2、熟悉web测试职位
3. Knowledge of API, UI Test, HTTP, Browsers,
4. Java Coding Review ability (acceptable)
5. Hands on experience in Web Testing
6. Jr. 3+yrs, Sr. 5+ yrs. Good English and Edu Background (Need to cooperate with Spanish Site)
7、薪资范围，测试人员2-3年的薪资12K最高，QA leader薪资最高14K。



QE Engineer (for QE leader, must have leadership exp)

•        Programming experience in Perl, Python, Shell, Java or C++.
•        Know some advanced concepts of Unix like: awk, sed
•        Experience with white-box or gray-box testing
•        Ability to define, execute and interpret complex/nested SQL queries
•        Ability to document and track defects, as well as produce detailed reports using defect tracking tools
•        Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC)
•        Knowledge of QA test techniques to determine appropriate number of test cases and iterations and to apply risk-based testing concepts
•        Solid working knowledge of Web Applications
•        Must be team-oriented yet be capable of working with minimum supervision
•        Experience in financial services is desirable
•        Ability to apply “critical thinking” to solve problems
•        Track record of taking the initiative to meet commitments
•        Experience in a lead role on a project of significant size or complexity
Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to other staff

此职位要求有TCP/IP经验，HTTP协议相关经验。
QA TEST（）:
Responsibilities:
Test and validate web services and web applications
Work directly with the development and product teams develop testing plans  
Develop feature acceptance code using Java, ruby, scripting etc
Set up and manage cloud-based testing/staging environments
Web application user interface testing and validation
Work with systems engineering team to roll out new services to production environment
Large scale stress testing of online web applications and web services
Requirements:
Previous hands on experience testing and deploying large scale server software
Hands on experience in testing large scale web sites
Expert knowledge of popular testing tools and methods such as JUnit, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
