工作形式：外派
工作内容：路由器，板卡，宽带，以太网，交换机，等数通产品的测试，英语不作为面试重点
薪资：薪资待遇和工作环境较好，并且有转正和出国的机会，薪资面谈
要求：

1.若无工作经验，要求2010届本科（非专升本）或者研究生毕业学生， 211重点大学毕业，逻辑思维能力强，沟通能力强，学习能力强，求知欲望强，能吃苦，能加班

2.若有工作经验，要求两年以上数通产品测试经验，本科以上学历（非专升本），必须是211工程大学毕业，熟悉二三层协议，路由协议，TCP/IP协议等

PS：若工作经验丰富且工作北京较好，非211工程大学毕业也有机会

Broadband System Integration &Verification Engineer（此之谓JD仅作参考）

Responsibilities

To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the R&D Head
To support the R&D or I&V manager in the task to ensure that the designed products fulfill the requirement in an efficient way
Responsible to ensure quality of the deliverables (products, processes and services) from the job assigned covering system design to End-user documentation
Participate in technical co-ordination teams, when applicable
Attend technical seminars
Participate in pre-studies, ensuring transfer of applicable knowledge

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor degree in CS, EE, Telecom or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Communication systems and their design
Understanding of the Telecom market and its players
Good communication skills and social ability
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive learning attitude
Experience with at least one of the following areas:
xPON systems and other FTTx technologies (Especially GPON)
Transmission systems

Routing L2 & L3 Ethernet Switching (以太网交换)
Network Management

SNMP 协议
TCP/IP Protol Stack

VoIP via SIP (H.248)
xDSL systems and technologies

Experience with SW or HW development is a plus
