Position Responsibilities:
Lead Software Quality Assurance team in China
Build, maintain and lead SQA team in China as needed
Write Test Plans
Write, execute and maintain test cases
Send Status Reports on Testing Progress
Participate in Bug Review meetings
Identify, isolate, report and track defects in the issue management system
Identify bug trends and drive resolution process
Perform Ad hoc testing
Work closely with Developers, Product Managers & SQA team in the US and China

Desired Skills & Experience:
Solid 5 years of SQA Lead experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
In-depth knowledge of QA processes and tools and a passion for testing
Strong knowledge of multi-tier SaaS platforms and concepts
Experience in writing Test Plans & Test Cases
Ability to work against extremely tight deadlines
Web savvy
BS/MS in Computer Science
Experience in Adobe Flash testing is highly desirable

The JD of this position (T2) is below:

1) Requirements
-- 3 more years software QA working experience
-- Good knowledge of software testing
-- Good English communication skills
-- Team work spirit and problem solving skills
-- Ability to work under pressure
-- Large system testing experience is a plus
-- Team leading experience is a plus
-- Automation testing experience is a plus

2) Responsibilities
-- Design and execute testing according to the project process
-- Develop automation cases and execute automation testing if need
-- Work with PM and developers closely to ensure the product quality
-- Communication with customer directly if need
