WAS record方式录制脚本，输入URL后显示没有权限

IIS的服务器，在本机上通过URL访问，并进行录制，使用record方式，弹出窗口后输入URL，访问不了web页面，显示没有权限，但是我已经在user里配置好了用户名和密码，有哪位高手可以指教下吗？
另外server那里要填入server的IP地址吧，但是要录制完后才能改动啊，默认是localhost,不明白录制完了再改动server有什么意义哦
