我曾经被派去硅谷工作过一段时间。因此，简历上写的工作地点就是美国硅谷和北京。
所以，也算是有了国外的工作经验。后来出国的面试他们都有提到我的这次经历。

我以前提到的30岁之前一定要得到的那些东西，我可以说全部都得到了。
我认为每个人具备了这些东西之后，找个好工作都不成什么问题。比如说，如果你在IBM工作的，你去申请微软，Oracle的工作当然机会会很大了。
当然第一次能进大外企是一个问题。但是，如果你具备了其他很多东西的时候，进入大外企也是早晚的事情。
我也曾经投简历如石沉大海。真正的转变来自两个方面。第一就是进入大外企，第二就是自己设计了一套自动化系统。也就是说有了背景，也有了能力。从此之后，就特别的被大外企和猎头所看重。

很好奇楼主的简历中有哪些因素 能吸引这么多IT大公司 对你发出面试邀请， 很多人发的简历石入大海，一点反应也没有。但是楼主几乎是想去哪个公司就能去面试。
你觉得你哪些方面吸引了这些公司的注意呢？  是你以前帖子中说的那些因素么？ 名牌大学研究生、良好的英语、有跨国企业工作经历、个人能力，具备这些因素就能很好在职场纵横么？
