²Knowledge on various standards or modelslike CMMi / PCMM/ ISO 27001/ ISO 9001 / ISO 20000
²Knowledge on Six sigma or atleast black belt certified
²Prior experience in implementing models and also involved in process definition
²Should be able to handle training programs independently
²Should have had process consulting experience
²Should preferably have experience in interacting with customers
²Should have lead at least 5 people for process implementation
²Knowledge on business domain will be an added advantage – e.g., BFS, Insurance, HC or LS, etc.
²5 years in Software QC responsibilities
²Fluent in both English and Chinese
