QC Lead (Quality Champion)

²  Prior experience in software QA
²  Knowledge on various standards or models  like CMMi / PCMM/ ISO 27001/ ISO 9001 / ISO 20000
²  Knowledge on Six sigma or atleast black belt certified
²  Prior experience in implementing models and also involved in process definition
²  Should be able to handle training programs independently
²  Should have had process consulting experience
²  Should preferably have experience in interacting with customers
²  Should have lead at least 5 people for process implementation
²  Knowledge on business domain will be an added advantage – e.g., BFS, Insurance, HC or LS, etc.
²  5 years in Software QC responsibilities
²  Fluent in both English and Chinese
