Testlink首页总是打不开，有安装过的xdjm来指点一下吧

我用的是win2K3 IIS6,php5,testlink1.7
安装完毕后，打开首页：http://localhost/testlink/index.php，它就会自动redirect到
http://localhost/testlink/index.php/testlink/login.php?note=expired，然后一直连接，就是连不上。
我觉得这很奇怪，因为正常情况下应该到http://localhost/testlink/login.php?note=expired才对啊。
如果直接在地址栏中敲入
http://localhost/testlink/login.php?note=expired的话，会报错：

我没学过php，也不清楚这是什么问题。搜索了baidu和google，好像大家都没遇到过这种问题。那么，很有可能是个很低级的错误咯。郁闷，已经困扰我快一天了。大家快来帮帮我吧！！

比刚刚有一步进展了。
在install的时候就有一个小问题，无法写入config_db.inc.php，但是当时我也没在意。就按照testlink的instruction自己手动建了这个文件。
现在我把testlink文件夹的写权限给了internet user，这时再http://localhost/testlink/login.php?note=expired，就可以进入首页了。

但是我高兴得还是太早了一点，因为当我输入admin login的时候却发现无法登陆。原因就像开始的那个问题一样，页面给重定向到了http://localhost/testlink/login.php/testlink/index.php

我很纳闷，按说testlink的程序不会有问题的，那到底是我哪里配置的不对呢？为什么每次重定向取得url都不对呢？

原来是php5.2.4的一个bug
安装了5.2.1就没有问题了

我现在遇到了跟你一样的问题,但是我已经使用的PHP的最新版本了,还是一样啊!

而同样的版本环境再另一台电脑却可以实现.为是很么啊?  谢谢!
