大家工作单位测试流程规范吗？

刚到一单位，觉得测试特不受重视，流程特乱，需求几乎没有，项目还很急，开发都是猜着需求工作，开发人员说测试就是走流程，很郁闷，大家的单位是什么情况啊？

楼主有机会啊，你可以搜索或学习CMMI标准 根据公司的特点制定一些适用的流程，规范提高你们公司的工作效率啊

恩，参加了两个单位都没有，开发的东西太随意了，想到哪写到哪，一问有没有需求，人家有的都不知道什么是需求分析说明书，唉。

我跟你的情况很像，我还多做的事情就是写各种文档，加上自己语文不好，完全太恼火了。

    呵呵，这个时候知道语文的重要性了吧。不过呢，内容为王，另外文档有文档的语言结构，不是纯语文的东西了。
