一、南京要QA Manager，先在上海培训一段时间，3月份回南京正式工作。
职位JD如下：Job Title: Database QA Manager

Position Summary:

The database QA Manager is primarily responsible for the analysis, design, planning, execution and maintenance of testing, reporting of test results, and defect management of a marketing data warehouse solution. It is also response for developing and managing a QA team.
This position requires the ability to relocate to Nanjing, China.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop a local QA team by helping recruiting and staffing activities.
• Lead and manage the QA team of 4 – 10 resources, including people management, effort management and other HR related activities.
• Design and execute training program.
• Develop and incorporate standard QA procedures and templates.
• Define scope and objectives of all levels of QA testing
• Write test plans, design test cases, develop test scripts, test conditions, test procedures and expected results
• Perform all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create large volumes of test data if required
• Track and reports defect using appropriate tools such as JIRA
• Validate fixes and ensure follow through to all test cycles
• Investigate and recommend remediation strategies for data quality conditions, and process failures
• Communicate test status to internal project team and client(s)
• Develop and contribute best practices and standards for a particular solution or across multiple medium/large scale projects/accounts
• Accurately estimate work effort and delivery timelines to support project and client management
• Manage workload and project priorities among QA team resources

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field
• Proficiency with SQL language
• Strong knowledge of databases, ETL, data flow processes, and data modeling concepts
• Excellent written and oral English communication skill
• Minimum 6 years of QA/testing experience, preferably in the Data Warehouse / BI field
• Prior experience of leading and managing QA resources
• Experience with data profiling tool (e.g. Informatica Data Explorer) a plus
• Prior working experience in the CRM / database marketing field a plus

Position Summary:
The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist develops, publishes, and implements test plans for marketing data warehouse and data mart throughout the full lifecycle of the database development. The QA Specialist also writes and maintains test automations and develops quality assurance standards and procedures. This person is responsible for defining and tracking quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
Position Responsibilities:
• Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test strategy, test plans and other QA assessments
• Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools, SQL, scripts and data sets
• Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management software or tool
• Works directly with appropriate Merkle personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach of database development projects
• Defines scope and objectives of all levels of QA testing
• Lead junior resources to accomplish the assigned QA tasks for a project independently.
• Capable to communicate with US partners and lead the communication process
• Participates in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, ETL, input data and system testing
• Responsible for the overall success of testing. Manages assigned projects from functional Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing
• Establishes the purpose and deliverables of the test effort
• Provides resource planning, management and resolution of issues that impede the test effort
• Assures the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects by working with developers to ensure the database development process has an appropriate level of testing
• Creates effective manual and automated test plans, using a variety of toolsets
• Works collaboratively with development and business analysis team during all stages of projects to provide in-process testing results
• Coordinates groups of business personnel who test, evaluate and validate new functions and applications, and identify issues in software or services
• Records and reports on testing metrics
• Tracks and reports defects using appropriate tools such as JIRA
Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3 years experience ETL or database test experience, working with a structured software development methodology
• 3 years experience testing work in multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency using SQL to create table and analyze data
• Experience creating scripts for automating processes
• Experience testing in a UNIX/Linux environment
• Experience with source versioning control (Subversion, Visual Source Safe, Starteam, CVS)
• Experience in systems integration and user acceptance testing
• Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues
• Familiarity with the following SDLCs: Waterfall, Spiral, Agile and/or Scrum
• Familiarity with Windows
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, by phone and in person
