Application Testing Leads –
Responsibility:
•    To lead a team to drive and improve overall testing capabilities for rolling out solutions. These include white-box, black-box, regression, load, stress and crash testing.
•    Driving testing strategy, methodologies and framework improvements
•    Developing test strategy, case design and results to ensure testing effectiveness across all testing streams.
•    Tracking and management of testing progress for timely deliverables.
•    To lead a team to execute the various application test
Key Deliverables:
•    Test strategy, Test cases, test results and test reports.
•    Improve current testing framework, methodology and infrastructure
•    Execute application testing.
Job Requirements
•    The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity.
•    Equipped with high analytical ability, he/she should have good exposure to software testing approaches and methodologies. It is expected that he/she should have led the execution of at least 3 software testing life cycles of significant complexity.
•    He/She must know in-depth on test design, construction, execution, reporting and test case automation. It would be an advantage for the candidate to be familiar with testing environments for different platforms including windows and Unix Systems.
•    Must be familiar with the HP Mercury Interactive Suite of Software testing tools
