bugzilla 2.20汉化失败


初来乍到，向各位高手问好～

我建的bugzilla2.20，本来一切正常，今天一时好奇，把汉化包按他的说明装上了，修改参数，然后确定，这都没问题，结果再点任意选项就成了下面这样，重新从主页面登陆也这样了：

Template->process() failed twice.
First error: file error - index.html.tmpl: not found
Second error: file error - global/code-error.html.tmpl: not found
