熟悉C语言, 了解在线程序编程技术.有使用C语言开发商业软件的的经验. 有结构化开发方法论(极限编程,RAD-=快速应用程序开发,Mentor,Rational,etc) 和开发工具(Eclipse, NetBeans, etc)商业使用经验. 懂linux 或unix内核编程。熟悉硬件知识和网络协议，了解SQL Server.

具体要求：

background with developing of test cases/scripts
Knowledge of manual & automatic testing
Knowledge of software testing process
Ability to review test cases (all types of testing)
Analysis of test result
Knowledge of automated testing tools (i.e. Rational, MI, etc)
Good English, communication and client handling skills
Be familiar with at least one Program Language

Worked in the area of Test Scripting 2 to 3 years exp
Experience in using at least one of the following tools - QTP, Loadrunner, SilkTest and SilkPerformer, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance
Self motivator and fast learner
Familiar with software engineering
Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
Strong customer and quality focus
Good written and spoken english
