岗位描述：
1. 参与软件项目的需求分析，关注项目需求的可测性和设计的合理性；
2. 根据需求进行测试设计及测试用例的编写；
3. 完成代码走查、测试代码开发等白盒测试工作；
4. 执行测试用例并进行bug的跟踪，根据测试结果完成测试报告；
5. 深入理解系统内部的工作原理，从测试的角度提供优化意见；
6. 发现工作中的效率提升点，开发工作中需要的测试工具。


岗位要求：
1. 良好的计算机专业基础(数据结构, 算法, 编程语言, 数据库等)；
2. 熟悉软件工程,熟悉软件测试一般方法和流程；
3. 性格开朗乐观，责任心强，积极主动，善于沟通，具有团队精神；
4. 具有较强的文档编写能力、较强的学习能力和沟通能力；
5. 逻辑能力强、思维活跃，接受新事物能力强；
6. 具有WEB应用测试经验，熟悉常用的测试工具和Bug管理跟踪软件，版本控制软件；
7. 熟悉Linux环境和操作和熟悉数据库Oracle或者Mysql操作；
8. 有开发经验优先，有自动化测试经验优先，有白盒测试经验优先。

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

The Oracle Application Testing Suite (ATS) provides Oracle Enterprise Manager with application load and functional testing technology. The ATS products address customer needs by helping validate the functionality and scalability of applications, enabling customers to rapidly deliver higher quality applications at reduced cost.


The major duties for the candidate include:  
1. Design and build software for automating the functional, regression, and performance testing of Oracle applications.
2. Work with product managers/engineers/QA and fix problems being reported by users.
3. Monitor and respond to user questions in the internal ATS user forum.


Ideally, the candidate should have:
1. 3+ years of software development/testing experience.
2. Know how to work with both technical/non-technical users. Excellent verbal and written English skills.
3. Strong debugging and problem solving skills.

5. Experience in developing software testing tools a plus
6. Knowledgeable in at least two of these areas: HTTP protocol, regular expressions, DOM, JavaScript .
