Positions Available: 1
Location: ShangHai
Responsibilities:
1.        Recruit and coach the staffs for STG SW System Test
2.        Manage the team to deliver good quality product on schedule
3.        Recognize and grow technical people with technical career path.
4.        Build a high performance culture and pleasant working environment
5.        Work with the US stakeholders and peer mgrs in GR location, as one team.
6.        Support local market, to provide technical resource or consultant to grow the business through Lab based services
Desired Skills/Experience
1.        Strong technical skill on system software or embedded software
2.        Mgmt experience in test project and test organization, familiar with test process and methodology
3.        Strong communication and presentation skill
4.        Proficiency on English
5.        Experience in a global company is plus
6.        Bachelor or above, major in CS/EE or related field
