bugzilla没办法注册新用户

安装环境：Redhat 6.0，bugzilla4.2
安装完之后，提示用邮件注册新用户，但是我收到的邮件内容如下：
Bugzilla has received a request to create a user account
using your email address (test@l163.com).

To continue creating an account using this email address, visit the
following link by April 13, 2012 at 14:43 CST:

token.cgi?t=JLP5G5zqL9&a=request_new_account

If you did not receive this email before April 13, 2012 at 14:43 CST or
you wish to create an account using a different email address you can begin
again by going to:

createaccount.cgi

有没有遇到这个问题的XDJM，网上找到一个，但是没人回答。

另外，网上看到安装时会提示配置默认的管理员，我也没有看到，好好的bugzilla，眼睁睁看着不能登录，揪心啊！
