Description

      WinRunner v7.x: close IE browser windows opened before WR started


Solution

      This function will close any Internet Explorer (IE) browser windows that happened to be open before WinRunner started.

This solution addresses the problem where WinRunner sees/learns the previously opened browser window as a class of "object" and the MSW_class as "mic_unknown_class".

Copy the attached text file into a compiled module, load the module, and call the function. You should be good to go.
