• Define and implement product quality standards.

• Contribute to test frameworks to improve the product against quality goals.

• Diagnose and debug issues in a mission critical, high performance and large scale production environment.

• Establish and innovate engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with researchers, program managers, product designers, and interns in an open, creative environment.

Qualifications:

• BS degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors

• 1-2 years experience in Software Development

• Familiarity with software testing skills

• Knowledge in test architecture, design, and implementation

• Demonstrated coding skills in Java/C#/C/C++ or other programming languages

• Strong knowledge of computer science including data structures and algorithms

• Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving for results under pressure and ambiguity.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Chinese Mandarin proficiency is required.

Job title: Sr. QA Load & Performance Engineer – 高级软件性能测试工程师
Primary Job Responsibility
The Load and Performance QA engineer position will contribute to the design and implementation of complex, multi-tier distributed software application. The primary focus will be analysis of L&P testing requirement, scoping, implementation and result analysis. The individual should have strong working knowledge of development background. He/she should also be easily adept at working both as an individual and in groups globally in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with rapid development life cycles.

Basic Job Requirements:
• Devise actionable performance test plans using “white box” testing techniques. Will require some basic understanding of internal system structure
• Build data generation and test harnesses
• Analyze performance results
• Create reporting infrastructure that minimizes “by hand” generation of results and
• Build infrastructure to run/generate release-to-release performance regression reports

Required skills
• Bachelor degree or above majored in computer science or related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in software development or Load and Performance testing
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Java, C++, Perl, Html or XML, PL/SQL
• Database and/or UNIX knowledge a strong plus
• Working knowledge/experience with performance tool like LoadRunner a plus
• Working experience with JMeter and SOAPUI a plus
• Strong knowledge about J2EE a plus
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills in English
• Highly motivated, confident, self starter
• Proactive in problem analysis/solving
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage expectations, and deliver results
• Committed to innovation

中文JD的互联网公司职位不要求英文口语。
