职位JD如下：
Quality Assurance Manager :这个职位JD如下：
Responsibilities:
•Manage a team of QA professional in software development fields
•Quality facilitation & review for requirement analysis and startup phase (proposal support, tailoring operational model, reviewing project requirements, estimation, project plan)
•Allocation of Quality reviewers and ensuring ongoing Process facilitation and review, and formal technical reviews for Requirements and Design phase.
•Facilitation for configuration management process implementation
•Conduct Internal audit of projects for process compliance

Qualifications:
• Post Secondary Degree in Engineering / Science or related field
•Good knowledge about ISO & CMM models and interpretation
•Good understanding of domain requirements, development center orientation
•Good understanding of business and functional linkages
•Organizational competency building skills
•Good Project Management, time management, relationship and resource management skills
•Minimum 7/8 years of work experience with 3-5 years in Software QA responsibilities
•Fluent in both English and Chinese
