-I&V职位（软件测试开发类职位），Java写测试脚本优先。Troubleshooting 能力强，电信行业背景。这个方向的人都可以发过来看看。

Requirements for the position

a) Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, computer science, communications or similar

b) Experience of telecommunication service layer service integration and verification is preferred

c) Knowledge of development model used, especially regarding test phases

d) Knowledge of telecommunication protocol, such as SMPP, MM7, Diameter etc.

e) Knowledge in service layer application, like value added WAP application, SMS/MMS/Location application is preferred

f) Knowledge in Unix, Oracle, J2EE Application Server, etc is preferred

g) With middle level of programming experience

Job Description

An experienced technical team member, contributing
to developing test specifications for the release,
developing failure test cases, developing complex test scenarios,
review of work by TE’s/STEs, creating the test script/suite library structure with focus on re-usability, problem solving and analysis during testing, and testing/ compilation of test results. The TL also guides test engineers to meet the test objectives and drive test automation.
Completely accountable for own work and quality of test plans, test suites, user documentation, bug and test reports…and all technical output of the engineers under his/her technical supervision.
The work to the TL and engineers under his/her technical supervision is as assigned by the EPM/TM

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering

Typically 6-9 years working experience

Essential:

•
More enhanced Knowledge of communication systems and networking as relevant (for example, telephony, switching, cellular , VoIP systems,)
• Enhanced Knowledge of operating test tools like Protocol Analyzers, Load Generators
•
Understands Test Methodology
completely and has the ability to analyze the problems encountered during testing to raise meaningful fault reports
• Suggests improvements in test coverage, test strategy.

Should have gone through the complete testing life cycle -- like test specification preparation, test execution, test reporting etc for multiple product releases and has good expertise in all the testing activities.

Good grip on one or more subsystems in a technology area and interfaces/interactions between them and
• Firm understanding of software engineering, process framework, testability, quality etc.

Ability to recreate problems in test-beds or guide others technically to do so when multiple modules could be involved.

An STE also provides guiding to less experienced test engineers.

•         Knowledge of operating test tools like Protocol Analyzers, Load Generators, Conformance Testers, Generic Test frameworks
• Good working knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Linux or VxWorks  
•         Should have gone through the complete testing life cycle for one small to medium project -- like test specification preparation/review, test execution, test reporting etc.
•         Grip on specific expertise (e.g. protocols, call-state-machine, Call flows…) within a subsystem in a given technical domain
•         Ability to test systematically and observe carefully and analyze observations and problem cases
•         Ability to capture problem descriptions properly with adequate data and details to assist in efficient problem fixing
•         Ability to explain and defend the significance, purpose and objective of the test case(s) to development team and the associated observed behavior
• Ability to Estimate and plan own work
