Job Summary
This position is responsible for service deliver leader, which will focus on financial service industry solution/application quality assurance and control service, including provide application/solution testing service, testing related application development service, detailed responsibility include:
-- Work with Account sales and Business Pursue team to explore business opportunities.
-- Do customer visiting, collect customer’s requirement, work out application testing solution, and present the solution to customer. The customer may include, banking industry, Security industry and Insurance industry.
-- Lead a team to deliver the quality control (testing) service to customer, and help customer to deploy the solution.
-- Lead and manage testing team, the testing team may come different company, including end-customer and third party company
-- Manage defects and issues
-- Develop testing process, monitor the execution of the process and conduct improvement action
-- Compile testing report

Education Requirements
-- University Graduate in Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
-- PMP or equivalent would be a definite advantage

Experience Requirements
-- At lease 6 year Software application service experience
-- At lease 3 year software development experience
-- Must have the experience to lead/ manage/lead one middle to large size ( more than 100 MMs) project, or lead testing team in large project. And have the hands-on experience on testing full lifecycle service, include testing planning, testing case development, development, testing execution, issue management and so on.
-- Minimum 2 years experience in Banking/Insurance/Security/Finance industry
-- Must have deliver large scale application/solution testing service experience, know testing methodology and process.
-- Commercial testing tools using experience
-- Banking solution experience is preferred

Skill and Knowledge Requirements
-- Quality control, testing knowledge and skill is must
-- Be familiar with testing service, know testing methodology, know how to map the business requirement to testing resolution based on a business application.
-- Know how to deploy testing tools, and related development based on the tools.
-- Good understanding of software development and quality processes, CMM knowledge is preferred.
-- Basic Banking/Insurance/Security/Finance domain knowledge is must
-- Good communication and presentation skills
-- Software Development capability is preferred
