Job Description

1.       Deal with cases from European client according to support process.

2.       Plan and assign tasks according to resource bandwidth and ability.

Qualifications of technical support engineer:

1. BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.

2. Have great interest in technical support.

3. Have one year or more software development or testing experience.

4. Have one year working experience on J2EE applications and application server (Websphere/ Weblogic/ JBoss).

5. Have basic working experience on Unix platforms (Linux/Solaris/AIX), Database (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2).

6. Have Strong analytic skills, identify and solve problems independently.

7. Good English, Fluent speaking, reading and writing.

8. Good communication and cooperation.

我们的技术支持工程师，不需要到客户现场支持。用我们产品的客户，他们通过电话，Email，及客户服务系统来报告他们遇到的问题，技术支持工程师通过客户服务系统来跟踪用户的问题，并及时用EMAIL与用户沟通，给出最终的解决方案。　

此职位，需要好的沟通能力，英语写及说的能力，也需要综合的技术知识。

因为US的技术支持部门要transfer到北京这边来，所以北京的SUPPORT TEAM要扩大。给每位提供的发展空间也很大。
