Job Description
1. Deal with cases from European client according to support process.
2. Plan and assign tasks according to resource bandwidth and ability.
Qualifications of technical support engineer:
1. BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Have great interest in technical support.
3. Have one year or more software development or testing experience.
4. Have one year working experience on J2EE applications and application server (Websphere/ Weblogic/ JBoss).
5. Have basic working experience on Unix platforms (Linux/Solaris/AIX), Database (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2).
6. Have Strong analytic skills, identify and solve problems independently.
7. Good English, Fluent speaking, reading and writing.
8. Good communication and cooperation.
