Detailed Description:
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
Job Requirements:
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Design, develop, and implement testing methods to perform manual and automationtesting on function to make product localization and customization developmentwork based on Market requirement.
2. Compile data and define changes required in testing procedures or newtesting requirements
3. Create and maintain automation/manual test scripts, design test procedures,and test cases
4. Perform functional testing on Oracle Applications localization products, andperform language testing on Oracle Applications products at major releases.
6. Work with global development teams to find, track and fix bugs timely.
7. Be an expert to provide technical/functional solutions to a wide range of on-siteproblems, sometimes onsite support to customer and partner is necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS or MS in Computer Science, MIS, businessor equivalent education/training/experience
2. At least 3 years in software development,business analysis, support or related IT experience. Min. 1 years direct QAexperience and work in a team environment or as a solo QA Analyst on automation testing or ERP product testing
3. Experience in automation test script programming desired
4. Understanding of environment design, knowledge on UNIX/Linux/Oracle database, good command at PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript
5. EBS DBA experience will be big plus
6. Excellent written and good verbal communication skills both in Mandarin and English, Japanese will be big plus
7. Project management experience is a plus.
8. Quick learner, team player, and self-motivate.

KEY OBJECTIVE:
Work with development team globally to verify the accuracy of software releases throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement testing methods to perform functional testing to make product localization and customization development work based on market requirement.
2. Compile data and define changes required in testing procedures or new testing requirements
3. Write and maintain manual test scripts, design test procedures, and test cases
4. Perform functional testing on PeopleSoft and EBS, and perform language testing on Oracle Applications products at major releases.
5. Work with NLS teams and Global development teams to find, track and fix bugs timely.
6. Be an expert to provide technical/functional solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Qualifications:
1. At least 4 years in QA, software development, business analysis, support or related IT experience.
2. Min. 1-year experience in EBS/PeopleSoft/SAP HCM product, has good knowledge of HR business
3. BS or MS in Computer Science, MIS
4. Knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Oracle database PL/SQL will be a big plus
5. Experience in test automation will be a big plus.
6. Project management experience will be a big plus.
7. Excellent written and good verbal communication skills both in Mandarin and English.
