JOB TITLE:                      Automation Test  Engineer
REPORTING TO:             QA Manager

Role description
We are seeking an automation test engineer to test our sytem by automation.
Primary responsibilities

       Design and implementation of the automated process/framework.
       Communicate with development team to ensure the automated scripts can effectively work with the code.
       Creation, maintenance and execution of the automated scripts.
       Contribute to continuous improvement and quality of the testing process
       Analyzing, reproducing and reporting defects and special situations.
Additional responsibilities
•       Create and execute manual test scripts as needed.
•       Write operational guides for the automated process.

Knowledge & Skill requirements
Technical
       Minimum 2+ years C# application/automation development experience
       3+ years experience in QA/Test, strong testing or coding background.
       Strong coding fundamentals are required
       Test automation design and development experience is required
       Experience in designing and developing automated scripts using open source automation framework, such as Watin, Seleniun, Nunit etc.
       Experience in designing & executing test scripts and tracking bugs
Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.
       CruiseControl experience is a big plus
Other
       Degree in Information Technology.
       High self-motivation to develop professional structured software.
       Experience in source repository systems and defects tracking system
       Excellent verbal and written English.
Working conditions
       Position is based in Shanghai, China
       International development team working for the international market (with English as working language).

       Analyzing, reproducing and reporting defects and special situations.

Knowledge & Skill requirements
