猎头代招，薪水30-50w

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 15+ Software QA Engineers; black box, white box and unit testers
Clearly communicate test results in a concise and effective manner
Make judgment calls on the quality of Magnum products based on facts and current development stage

Basic Qualifications:

BS/MS Computer Science
5 to 10 years of experience managing a QA team or Development team
Proven experience with video/audio encoding/decoding/xcoding, DVB and ITC
Emphasis on testing methodology
Scripting (Perl, Python) background
Process oriented
Innovative and resourceful
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Recognized as both a management and technical leader by peers and direct reports
