Technical Skill Requires:       Key Responsibilities:
Jr. Tester
1.       ~1 year testing experience
2.       Basic knowledge on Windows Phone platform
3.       Practiced in mobile testing project and especially for Lumia phone testing
4.       Good understanding of testing and bug process
5.       Be able to read English docs without any problem
6.       CET-4 or above is MUST

Mid. Tester
1.       ~1-3 years testing experience
2.       Experienced in WP phone testing
3.       Working independently, help to guide Jr tester when needed
4.       Deep understanding of testing process and bug process
5.       Good at English R/W, be able to communicate with client in English
6.       Big plus if any experience in Lumia application compatibility testing
7.       CET-4 or above is MUST

Sr. Tester
1.       3+ years testing experience
2.       Experienced in WP feature phone testing
3.       Test lead experience is required, good at guiding new members
4.       Good trouble shooting capacity
5.       Experienced in test plan/strategy
6.       Deep understand whole testing process and bug process
7.       Good at English W/R/L/S, fluent communicate with client in English
8.       Big plus if any experience in Lumia application compatibility testing
9.       Plus if any experience in oversea client project
10.       CET-4 or above is MUST
