Role Title: Business Excellence Mgr 1
Summary:
Business Excellence Mgr 1
Provide data driven analysis of business processes and help implement improvements in the customer focus, efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of these processes. Champion awareness training and implementation of business processes within organizations. Provide expertise in external standards and validations (e.g. ISO 9000, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, SAS 70, CMMI). Proficient with a wide range of improvement tools including statistics. Usually manages other managers and/or high level individual contributors. Focuses on wide-ranging and cross-functional application knowledge. Encourages others to consider innovative alternatives and contributes to business strategy. Sets and directs action plans. Understands functional concepts and drives for results.

Job Responsibilities:
? Continuously improving the service desk, software development and maintenance, enterprise network management processes
? Implement a series of metrics and reporting mechanisms that evaluate the organization’s movement toward compliance with external industry standards, corporate policies, client contractual requirements, related regulations, and the benefit to the business
? Drive the organization to achieve the CMMI ratings and other Quality certifications – ISO, etc
? Work with the operations teams to ensure delivery at a consistent level of ISO, CMMI and other Quality management system required
? Supervise QA team to oversee the day-to-day tasks of a Project management team
? Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on selected projects through the project tracking system and management/project reviews.
? Introduce new SQA technologies put into practice
? Professional certifications on ITIL, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CSQA, CBCP, PMP or COBIT will be considered as the key assets of this position..
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above in a technical field or equivalent.
? At least 6+ years in IT service field, minimum 2 years in a project management role and 3+ years QA Management experience
? Proficient with software development and IT service management processes must be knowledgeable and have hands-on experience in ISO or CMMI methodology and its implementation as well as its certification process. Previous ISO/CMMI assessment and certification experience is highly preferred.
? Additional Exposure to other Quality models like COPC, BS 25999, Six Sigma or COBIT will be a huge advantage
? Must have Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written)
? Previous experience in global outsourcing or offshore delivery area is highly preferred
? Strong ability in organization and planning; excellent leadership and super ability in managing people and good execution capability in advocating process across multiple groups; experience of managing internal client relationships
? Strong logical thinking and decision-making ability, and Strong analytical skills, data oriented; should be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
