Confusing installation issue

A confusing issue is met when a installation script is playing back for a software. At the last step to close window, Robot could not find the pane  of which  caption does not change all the time. I tried several times with no progress  made. Addionally, this software is third-party . Could anyone tell me why robot could not find this window although the caption remains same? And give me some other good manner to find this window.

Hope some kind guyes could help me, thanks in advance.

you can try to use Low-level recording mode to record the script and play it back to find if it is ok
