岗位职责：
1. 分析移动互联网服务系统性能需求和性能风险, 制定性能测试方案。
2. 设计性能测试场景,开发测试脚本和测试数据。
3. 搭建性能测试环境, 执行性能测试，分析系统性能瓶颈并协助研发团队优化系统性能。

岗位要求：
1.  计算机相关专业，本科或以上学历。
2.  3年以上大型web系统性能测试经验, 一年以上开发经验。
3.  熟练掌握性能测试理论,方法，工具和过程。
4.  熟练使用LR、JMETER等主流性能测试工具的一种。
5.  熟练使用linux/unix/windows系统，了解系统性能监控方法和调优手段。
5.  深入了解HTTP/TCP/IP等网络协议，熟悉J2EE web系统。
6.  熟悉主流数据库的一种，如SQL Server、Oracle、mysql等。了解SQL性能分析方法。
7. 具有较强的问题分析能力，与人沟通能力,

具备以下条件优先考虑：
有java开发经验优先考虑。
有mobile web应用测试经验优先考虑。

• At least 2 years of database development using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, DB2

• At least 1 years experience in using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS

• Expert knowledge in SQL Server 2005/2008 programming, performance tuning and optimization, administration and maintenance

• Solid knowledge of Data Warehouse

• Understanding CLR function and Stored Procedure, using C# or VB.net

• Working experiences in C# is a plus

• Familiar with Agile development is a plus

• Good English (Reading/Writing/Listening/Speaking)

• Possess a high level of motivation, initiative and teamwork
